Product of the week
This coffee is the jewel in our crown! Our single estate Jamaica Blue Mountain comes from the Cinchona Estate. It is one of the world’s most celebrated and sought-after specialty coffees, prized for its exceptional smoothness and refined flavour. Grown at high elevations in the misty Blue Mountains of Jamaica, the beans mature slowly in cool temperatures, developing a naturally mild, well-balanced profile with bright, clean acidity and almost no bitterness. Notes of soft cocoa, sweet honey and subtle fruit often appear in the cup, creating a delicate complexity that coffee lovers admire. Strict regulations and careful hand-processing ensure consistent quality, making Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee both rare and luxurious.
